Mangalam Pustak Kendra deals in books, stationery items, and educational materials. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwritten, and in its original condition
Original invoice/receipt is provided

Exam books, guidebooks, notebooks, or registers after opening

Products damaged due to misuse, water, or improper handling
Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)
4. Return Process
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide order details, invoice number, and clear photos of the product
Our team will review the request
If approved, return instructions will be shared
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Replacement Policy
Approved damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, subject to product availability
If the product is out of stock, a refund may be initiated instead
Replacement will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
7. Shipping & Return Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), return shipping costs may be covered by us

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
